Notice to Business Owners
Pursuant to State law, retail establishments, unless exempted, would not be open on Christmas and Thanksgiving, but could be open on Sundays and other holidays. You may open for business on Sundays with a permit, however you
should apply for a Holiday License if you plan to open on one or more of the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Victory Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veteran's Day
