Seasonal Beach Parking stickers MAY be purchased online for summer 2020. ONLINE REGISTRATION IS RECOMMENDED. No Walk-ins at Town Hall.
No Seasonal Beach Parking stickers can be purchased at the beach.

If your car is registered in Barrington, you will receive a receipt via email. The receipt will show the license plate number of the vehicle you registered. Print out the receipt or keep it handy in your email on your cell phone.
When you go to the beach, you will need to show the receipt to the Beach Attendant.The license plate on the receipt must match the license plate of the vehicle you bring to the beach.The Beach Attendant will put a Seasonal Beach Parking sticker on your vehicle.
If your car is a leased vehicle or is registered in another city or town, you will need to provide us with a copy of a utility bill with your name and address on it. upload online or mail a copy of your bill to Recreation Department, 283 County Road or drop off the form in the Tax Collection box at town hall. Your receipt received via email will indicate that we will be reviewing your information. After verifying your registration, we will email you a receipt via email. The receipt will show the license plate number of the vehicle you registered. Take it to the beach. The license plate on the receipt must match the license plate of the vehicle you bring to the beach. The Beach Attendant will put a Seasonal Beach Parking sticker on your vehicle. There will be a delay in approval of applications that need to be reviewed by town hall.

Complete the form and provide supporting documentation, if requested.
Mail your paper registration form to the Barrington Recreation Department, 283 County Road or drop it in the Tax Collection Box at the front of town hall.Once we receive your mailed or dropped off registration, we will verify the information and send you a receipt in the mail.Recognize that there will be a delay in receiving your receipt.
When you receive your receipt, you may take it down to the beach.The license plate on the receipt must match the license plate on the vehicle you bring down to the beach.You will be issued a Seasonal Beach Parking sticker on your vehicle.
To retrieve beach sticker: At the entrance to the beach you must have the receipt either printed or on your phone. Therefore, expect delays.
ALL APPLICATIONS THAT NEED TO BE REVIEWED BY THE TOWN WILL RESULT IN A DELAY IN PICKING UP THE SEASONAL BEACH STICKER AT THE BEACH. UNTIL YOU RECEIVE APPROVAL, YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A $10 DAY PASS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON BEACH PASSES.
This year for the safety of all, only cash will be accepted at the beach.People purchasing a day Pass, must have exact change only. No checks.
People with a Barrington license or registration will be issued a $5 Resident day pass.All others $10.
Beach parking passes apply to all cars, motorcycles and mopeds.
There are no refunds for any purchased beach parking passes.
A sticker issued by the Town of Barrington is a revocable privilege, and its use may be suspended at any time.
Anyone violating any of the regulations in 134-39 through 134-49, in addition to the fines imposed in Article I, may be subject to restriction from the use of the beach for the rest of the season and/or forfeiture of his/her beach pass.
Any person violating any provisions of Articles VII and VIII of this chapter shall pay a fine not to exceed the sum of $50 for each offense.

BARRINGTON LEARNING CENTER - A program for Adults and Children
On July 1, 2019, the Barrington Community School became the Barrington Learning Center. This reborn entity is a Town of Barrington service operated by the Barrington Recreation Department.
The focus of the Barrington Learning Center continues the tradition of the Barrington Community School in offering overseas trips through Collette Tours and courses of all genres, including exercise programs, educational and enrichment opportunities, SAT and PSAT courses, and Babysitter and Home Alone Safety courses.
Due to the costs of publishing a newspaper, we are providing frequent email updates about upcoming courses and trips. If you wish to be on our email list, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may register for our programs in a number of ways: You may register online and pay with a credit card directly online, you may register online, print out the invoice and mail it to us with your check, or you may drop by the Recreation Department in the lower level of Barrington Town Hall and we will be happy to register you.
Our goal at the Barrington Learning Center and the Recreation Department is to create and share learning experiences, enrich lies and enhance knowledge, while maintaining a sustainable program through balanced attention to our mission and financial margin.

BARRINGTON COMMUNITY THEATRE - B.E.S.T.
Summer 2020: Attachment
Camp is held at Barrington High School primarily in the auditorium. Tech and Performances are held at the Barrington Public Library auditorium. Students will need to sign up for 3 sessions in order to be in the performances at the end.
NOTE: One-week campers will participate in workshops, group activities, and in-camp performances but will not be in the evening performances. The first 2 days of each session will involve auditions, these will consist of games, monologues, and readings from the scripts.
