Committee For Renewable Energy For Barrington (CREB) “CREB” was created by the Town Council on July 23, 2007. The Town Council made appointments on November 5, 2007 for 2-year terms expiring November 2009. The Committee for Renewable Energy for Barrington, advises the Town on energy efficiency and renewable energy initiatives with the goal of reducing energy usage at Town facilities, reducing energy costs and benefiting the environment.
