Civic Plus link for creating a new account:
Civic Plus will send an email to the email account used for creating your account.
Copy the code sent to your email, paste in the "Enter OTP" field, and click "Verify".

After Verifying the OTP a user information window will appear.
Fields with red asterisks are required to be filled in (highlighted here with red rectangles).
Click the button labeled "Next Step: Other Account Members"
We recommend adding all household members or anyone you plan to register for programs at this stage. This will make future sign ups quicker and easier.
After completing this step, click the button labeled "Save & Close" which will appear on the bottom right of the window.
After filling in your information, if you click the button "Manage Emergency Contacts (0 of 5 selected)" you will be brought to a separate screen (image below) and the "Edit User" window will close and save (you do not need to manually save in this case, user information can be changed later).
At this point your profile has been created.
