For the purpose of hearing Applications for Dimensional Variance,

Use Variance or Special Use Permit from the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Barrington, RI

• ADDITIONAL LETTERS, EXHIBITS, AND/OR MATERIALS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 4:30 PM THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING., EVEN IF SUCH DAY IS A HOLIDAY. LATE EXHIBITS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Application #4142, Lewis J. Suriani, 3 Lee Ann Drive, applicant, and Sanibel Realty, Inc., 464 Maple Avenue, owner, for permission to remodel the first floor and add a second-floor apartment. Assessor’s Plat 19, Lot 24, Neighborhood Business District, 464 Maple Avenue, requesting dimensional variance for side-yard setback.
