Application #4147, Anna Haluch and Jesse Ramsperger, 110 Forge River Parkway, Raynham, MA 02767, applicant, and ACP Shopping Center Assoc., 100 Westminster Street, Providence, RI 02903, owner, for permission to install the Starbucks exterior brand sign package to include three wall signs, three illuminated directionals, two illuminated menu boards, and one digital board. Application #4148, Marie Kjelgaard, 43 Woodbine Avenue, applicant, and Tarco Valley LLC (Marie Kjelgaard), owner, for permission to build a breezeway, replace the porch with a new one, and add a second-story deck. Assessor’s Plat 1, Lot 212, R-10 District, requesting dimensional variance for a front-yard setback, and lot coverage.
