Assessor’s Plat 25, Lot 51, R-25 District, 45 Mathewson Road, requesting a dimensional variance from the requirements of 185-15(D) for a pool enclosure/fence.  

THE FOLLOWING APPEALS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH THE ZONING BOARD:

Appeal 2024-01, St. Angelo Realty Company, 11 Fessenden Road, appellant, appealing a decision of the Director of Planning, Building, and Resilience regarding a notice of violation for a fence at 236 County Road (Assessor’s Plat 23, Lot 250, Business District).

All Town meetings are open to the public. The Town of Barrington will provide reasonable accommodations to ensure equal meeting participation.
