THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH THE ZONING BOARD:
Application #4170, Wendy and Matthew Kirchner, 46 Bowden Avenue, applicants, and Wendy and Matthew Kirchner, 46 Bowden Avenue, owners, for permission to construct a new garage with an accessory dwelling unit. Assessor’s Plat 33, Lot 69, R-10 District, 46 Bowden Avenue, requesting dimensional variance for front and rear-yard setbacks and relief from the 20,000 square foot lot minimum requirement for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) by-right.
Application #4171, Charles B. Antone, 16 Puritan Avenue, owner and applicant, for permission to construct a two-car garage. Assessor’s Plat 32, Lot 317, R-25 District, 16 Puritan Avenue, requesting dimensional variance for front-yard setback.
Application #4172, Matt and Melissa Smith, 125 New Meadow Road, owners and applicants, for permission to build a detached accessory structure. Assessor’s Plat 32, Lot 96, R-25 District, 125 New Meadow Road, requesting dimensional variance for from the 20,000 square foot lot minimum requirement for an Accessory Dwelling Unit by right, and for the height of the accessory structure.
