THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH THE ZONING BOARD:
Continuation of application #4162, Michael and Kathy Goldberger, 8 Arnold Street, owners and applicants, for permission to build an addition and add a storage shed. Assessor’s Plat 8, Lot 36, R-25 District, 8 Arnold Street, requesting dimensional variance for front and side-yard setbacks and lot coverage.
Application #4163, Jason and Chelsea Levesque, 191 Narragansett Avenue, owners and applicants, for permission to build an addition off the back of the existing garage. Assessor’s Plat 1, Lot 478, R-10 District, 191 Narragansett Avenue, requesting dimensional variance for lot coverage.
Application #4164, Keith and Colleen Andrade, 50 Watson Avenue, owners and applications, for permission to add a detached garage. Assessor’s Plat 7, Lot 20, R-25 District, 50 Watson Avenue, requesting dimensional variance for height for an accessory structure.
Application #4165, Andreozzi Architecture, 232D Waseca Avenue, applicant, and Michael and Tracey Baker, 330 Rumstick Road, owner, for permission to construct a detached two-car garage. Assessor’s Plat 11, Lot 99, R-40 District, 330 Rumstick Road, requesting dimensional variance for the number of parking spaces.
