The Budget Forecasting Committee encourages improved planning, collaboration, and goal-setting by the Town Council, School Committee, Committee on Appropriations, and the community at large. The Committee includes two members of the Town Council, School Committee, Committee on Appropriations, and the Town and School Financial Directors. Meetings are held on a monthly basis in preparation for the yearly budget discussions.
