MISSION STATEMENT
"The mission of the Barrington DEI Committee is to foster and support a welcoming and inclusive community, especially for those who experience discrimination or marginalization. We believe that a welcoming community begins with a commitment to diversity, belonging and inclusion. The committee will support our community by advancing equity and equitable practices and building a more inclusive community through collaborative initiatives, education and outreach."
